The Home Place is under the direction of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee. Since 1997, the Home Place has been providing a supportive and compassionate environment for at-risk and/or homeless people with a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS. Located in a convenient part of Chattanooga, the Home Place is close to hospitals and doctor's offices, and is on the bus line.

The Home Place offers seven fully furnished efficiency style apartments with private baths that feature all the necessary items for comfortable living. Common areas of the home include a kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, yard and cook-out area.
